Ready to ride with us? /p h3THE ROLE /h3 pOur Authorized Service Partners (ASPs) play a critical role in Canyon's direct-to-consumer model. They serve as local hubs of mechanical excellence for our riders—providing expert bike assembly, routine maintenance, specialized repairs, and official warranty support so our customers receive seamless, professional care without losing time on the road. /p pAs our Authorized Service Partner Coordinator, you will own the local service network across Italy. You will build strong relationships with local service partners, handle network performance and administration, and drive selective expansion. By spending approximately 40% of your time on the road, you will directly identify and onboard new partners, deliver hands‑on training on tools and new product launches, and ensure our customers always experience the highest level of service. /p pThis role will be based on our brand-new location in Pedrengo (BG). /p h3YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREW /h3 ul liNetwork Maintenance Selective Expansion: Maintain and strengthen the existing Authorized Service Partner (ASP) network in Italy while driving strategic, selective expansion to improve coverage and service access. /li liOnboarding Tool Training:



Lead the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new partners and deliver structured training on technical tools, service processes, and upcoming product launches. /li liPerformance Administration: Manage partner performance, monitor SLAs, and handle administrative workflows to ensure high‑quality service standards for Canyon customers. /li liField Presence Partnership Building: Travel frequently (:40%) across the region to conduct site visits, deliver in‑person training, and foster long‑term, trusted partnerships. /li liCross‑Functional Support: Collaborate closely with and support internal Customer Service and Technical Service teams to resolve complex customer issues. /li liEvents Brand Activations: Actively participate in local Canyon events and brand activations and coordinate joint activation initiatives with our Service Partners to boost community engagement. /li /ul h3How You Become Part Of Teh Race /h3 ul liCommercial background with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience within the cycling industry. /li liPrior experience working directly with bike industry dealerships or service networks is a strong plus. /li liHands‑on experience with ERP and CRM tools, such as SAP and Salesforce.
