Your opportunity
We are currently seeking a Stagiaire HR Specialist to join our dynamic HR team at our HQ in Padova, with a specific focus on the talent acquisition process, contributing to the attraction, engagement, and onboarding of top talents in a dynamic and fast-paced fashion environment. How you will contribute
- Support the HR team in managing the main functional HR processes, ensuring timely adherence to the established schedules as well as compliance with company and Kering Group policies
- Supporting Talent Acquisition activities across the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Drafting and updating job descriptions in line with business needs and company guidelines.
- Posting jobs, screening applications, scheduling interviews and ensuring a smooth and timely candidate communication process.
- Ensuring the regular update and accuracy of organizational charts and HR documentation.
- Preparing HR analyses, reports, presentations, and summaries to support decision-making processes.
- Providing general HR support by responding to employee requests and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Who you are
- The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in economics or related disciplines and/or mas
