You will work with laboratory staff and customers to deploy customized configurations and drive adoption of automation across healthcare settings.
The role reports to the Workflow & IT Manager within the Customer Service EMEA team and requires strong technical knowledge, Italian and English fluency, and travel across Italy/Europe.
