Job Responsability
Partner with store teams EU and regional retail offices worldwide, providing operational support and ensuring the correct application of company procedures and standards.
Monitor and analyse store operations, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and the overall customer experience.
Support the implementation of new retail initiatives, operational processes, and system enhancements across the retail network.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Retail, IT, Logistics, CRM, Merchandising and Ecommerce.
Monitor operational and commercial KPIs, identifying trends and proposing actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in Retail Operations or a related retail environment.
Good understanding of retail processes, sales operations, stock management, and customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both HQ and store teams.
Fluent in English; any additional language will be considered a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI will be considered a plus
What Do We Offer
Starting gross annual salary of €30,000, in line with the classification provided by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Textile and Clothing sector (CCNL Tessile-Abbigliamento) for "impiegato" employees. The final salary and grading level will be determined based on objective criteria, regardless of gender, such as experience, skills and seniority;
