Position Summary
The candidate will have the opportunity to join the Nespresso Service Excellence team and work closely with the Business Quality Expert.
You will support the team in day-to-day Quality activities, contributing to the management and optimization of quality processes, and to ensure product & process compliance. The role is designed to support the Quality Expert in ensuring product quality, and regulatory compliance across local operations.
A day in the life of...
- Support the team with a proactive approach in daily operational activities related to Quality and Continuous Improvement.
- Contribute to the monitoring and analysis of quality KPIs, customer complaints, audit findings and recurring issues, helping to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support the management of quality documentation, including technical data sheets, declarations of compliance, supplier documents and internal procedures
- Support audit preparation and follow-up activities for boutiques, customer service and operational partners, ensuring proper tracking of actions and evidence
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as Customer Care, Boutiques, Supply Chain, Marketing, suppliers and service partners, to ensure a timely response to quality topics, incidents and documentation requests
