We're looking for a Brand Ambassador Luxury German & English to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong attitude for customer care, fluent in languages, empathetic by nature, fashion and international luxury brands enthusiast with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Languages knowledge:
German mandatory (B2 - C1)
English (B2 - C1)
Customer relations with international customers through phone/chat/e-mail
E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers in their online purchases
Contract:
Tempo pieno 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) on shifts 5 days a week.
RAL: 21 -23K
Degree and/or experience in e-commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury.
Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically of Microsoft Office applications.
Continuous training and development on Luxury Brands
Daily opportunities to use and strengthen your language skills
Exposure to the international Luxury industry
A language test will be carried out in the initial phase of the interview.
