The Implementation & Consultation team at Deliverect is a dedicated group of seasoned professionals committed to driving unparalleled success for enterprise businesses. Leveraging a deep understanding of large-scale needs, we craft seamless technical integration plans that streamline processes, reduce errors, and elevate operational efficiency, directly contributing to our clients' ambitious business goals. Your Impact:
As an Implementation Consultant at Deliverect, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success by guiding key customers through a seamless technical implementation process. Your direct engagement and technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions, fostering long-term client relationships, and directly contributing to Deliverect's growth and impact.
This will be either a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in a local European office and 2 days from the comfort of your home. Or a fully remote role working from the comfort of your home dependent on your location.
What you will do:
- Lead and manage multiple, complex implementation projects for a diverse range of clients (SMB, Mid-Market) managing timelines and client expectations while making decisions on proj
