Join us as Team Lead AML Italy and play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of our growing AML team in Milan. You’ll lead a team of 10 specialists, supported by our BPO partners, balancing operational excellence with continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with Alessandro, our new Head of AML, you’ll help shape the team’s next chapter by strengthening performance, developing your team, and building on the positive momentum already underway.
