BNP Paribas 3 Step IT, the joint venture between BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions and 3stepIT, offers sustainable Technology Lifecycle Management solutions to corporate and enterprise across Europe.
A strategic alliance that has a simple and clear objective: to manage the life cycle of technological assets with a business model based on the Circular Economy, to make such equipment more durable, through the offer of “as-a-service” solutions” and the reconditioning of the equipment at the end of the contract, before resale.
In this way, BNP Paribas 3 Step IT helps its customers, both local and international, to effectively acquire and manage their fleet of technological assets, in a safer and more sustainable way.
Role Mission
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing Sales team. The ideal candidate will be asked to take charge of an existing portfolio of active and recurring customers, develop existing relationships,



do upselling and cross selling by exploiting the wide portfolio of available solutions.
Furthermore, the candidate will be responsible for developing a new client portfolio within the medium-to-large enterprise segment, with a specific focus on IT leasing services. Annual ICT investment of target clients will typically exceed €250,000.
Key sales activities will include direct prospecting, strategic partnerships with ICT business partners, and collaboration with the BNL banking network to generate and convert opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients through direct sales activities, with a strong focus on hunting and new business development.
- Build and implement a comprehensive sales plan to meet and exceed sales quotas on an annual basis.
