We are looking for an individual who demonstrates the core values of the Haier’s attitude: entrepreneurship and innovation, zero distance to consumers and IoT & Ecosystem thinking. A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.
Key activities and areas of responsibility
Support the execution of cross-channel brand content and digital-first activations across the Haier, Candy, and Hoover portfolios, ensuring strong coherence between brand concepts, visual image, media deployment, and final execution across channels.
Oversee and maintain brand strategy & content consistency across major consumer touchpoints, including official brand websites, e-retailer pages (e.g., Amazon), social media platforms, and digital media channels.
Assist in managing campaign planning and the creative workflow from concept to delivery, supporting the supervision of content delivery, production activities (including shooting coordination), and performance optimization (such as content testing).
Act as a key operational point of contact to coordinate creative assets, briefs, and content delivery schedules with external creative agencies and regional marketing teams across Europe.
Work closely with Product Marketing, Digital Experience, Customer Insights Event & Sponsorship teams to ensure seamless message alignment and brand consistency across all online and offline touchpoints.
Monitor and track brand KPI performance, helping gather data and build structured, visually effective reports
