ABOUT THE ROLE
JOB TITLE: Founder Associate Intern
LOCATION: Hybrid (Milan)
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Internship (curricular/extracurricular) or fixed‑term contract
SALARY RANGE: up to 1000 euros/month reimbursement in case of internship or up to €30,000 gross/year for fixed‑term

Our first‑ever Founder Associate will sit shoulder‑to‑shoulder with WeRoad's leadership on the stuff that actually moves the company: cross‑functional initiatives, strategic analysis, operational priorities, and whatever it takes to keep a scaleup charging across 7 countries and landing in the US. The role is deliberately generalist: one week you're building the business case for a new market, the next you're digging into competitive intelligence or shaping a board update. No two weeks look the same. What never changes: a front‑row seat to how the company gets built, ownership from day one, and no patience for waiting to be told what to do.
What you’ll do:
- Support the founder and senior leadership on high‑priority strategic and operational projects, from framing the problem to delivering the output.
- Conduct research and analysis — market landscapes, competitor benchmarking, performance deep‑dives — and turn raw data into clear, decision‑ready insights.
