As our next Strategic Planning Director, you will be the pivotal leader responsible for co-developing cohesive 360-degree marketing and communication strategy and ensuring its flawless execution across departments. Your role will be instrumental in creating and managing a comprehensive strategic plan and calendar, leveraging in-depth market analysis and identifying key business opportunities. Your mission will be to ensure the orchestration of Brand Communication activities and to serve as a strategic bridge with the Product Marketing and Commercial teams, working collaboratively with the markets to ultimately enhance brand image and drive Maison’s priorities and business growth. This role reports to the Brand Communication Director and is based in Milan. Your impact You will drive the development of the 360 yearly marketing and communication strategic planning
- Support the Brand Communication Director in translating the global Brand strategy into a 360-degree yearly marketing and communication strategic plan, designed to enhance brand image and drive business growth.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, challenges, and client insights to feed and evolve the marketing strategy.
- Act as right hand of the Brand Communication Director, providing strategic guidance and serving as the main point of contact for product managers, commercial, client and retail teams, as well as market stakeholders, ensuring full alignment with strategic vision and business needs.
You will build the marketing and communication planning and calendar
- Provide strategic input and guidelines for the development of the brand calendar, ensuring all planned global and local initiatives are consistent with the overall strategy and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative production, activation, communication, press relations, commercial and product teams) to integrate the strategic vision into the brand communication plan
