Role overview
The SEU Senior Integrated Marketing Manager will own the development, localization and execution of Amazfit’s integrated marketing strategy for Italy, SPain and Portugal, working closely with the SEU Regioanl Sales Manager and the Iberia Marketing Planner, to build brand awareness, consideration and conversion across the full consumer journey.
This is a senior individual contributor role, based fully remote in Italy, reporting directly to the EMEA Head of Marketing. The person will be accountable for the local integrated marketing plan, budget allocation, campaign orchestration and business impact.
The role requires a hands-on, commercially minded marketer who can adapt regional strategy to local market needs, manage budget and agencies with confidence, and work effectively across a diverse, cross-regional team. This is a senior integrated marketing role requiring broad expertise across brand, product, retail, partnerships, PR, social, CRM, e-commerce and paid media, combined with strong digital and growth marketing capabilities.
Key responsibilities
Regional marketing strategy and localization
The role will be accountable for the local integrated marketing plan, budget allocation, campaign orchestration and business impact, coordinating specialist functional teams and agencies to deliver against shared brand and commercial objectives.
Budget and campaign management
Own local budget planning, allocation and tracking, ensuring spend is directed towards the initiatives with the greatest impact. Manage the planning, execution and optimisation of local campaigns from brief through to post-campaign review. Manage relationships with local agencies, ensuring they are briefed, evaluated and held accountable against clear objectives. Track campaign performance using analytics and data, and translate insights into recommendations for future activity.
Partnership with the SEU Regional Sales Manager
Work in close, day-to-day partnership with the SEU Regional S
