Job Description
The Retail Facilities Coordinator is responsible to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities so that they meet both safety and health standards as well as country-specific legal requirements. You will support the local store teams in assuring secure working places, as well as store planning and providing necessary materials for day-to-day operations.
This is a full-time position with a start date as soon as possible.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsibility for technical maintenance and day-to- day stores operations (this includes, but is not limited to: fire protection,
elevator maintenance, cleaning and hygiene maintenance
- Responsibility for all health and safety topics across all stores, both in-store incidents and collaboration with external contractors
- Responsibility for facilities materials, stationery, tailor equipment repair and renewal when necessary
- Coordination, planning and follow- up of projects and new store openings
- Leading and executing sustainability projects
- Budget planning, tracking and control
- Close collaboration with local store teams as well as Gucci HQ Team
Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing facilities/previous experience as facility manager in an international, preferably retail organization
- Business fluent in Italian and English
