The group you’ll be a part of
Lam is looking for a Sales Account Manager based in Agrate, Italy, to strengthen strategic customer relationships and support business growth in the semiconductor industry. The purpose of this role is to understand customer needs and priorities, develop account strategies aligned with Lam’s business and product objectives, and coordinate internal resources to deliver customer satisfaction, commercial execution and long-term account development.
The impact you’ll make
- Manage dedicated customer accounts with strong ownership, building trusted relationships and maintaining a clear understanding of business priorities, technical requirements and future investment plans.
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with local and corporate programs, product priorities and business objectives, ensuring they are functional to customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Promote Lam’s equipment, parts,
services and service contracts by translating customer needs into value-based proposals and identifying opportunities to expand Lam’s value proposition.
- Lead proactive customer engagement through meetings, presentations, demonstrations, site visits and business reviews, with clear objectives, timely follow-up and effective action tracking.
- Support quotations, contracts and order closure for systems, retrofits and service opportunities in collaboration with Sales leadership, Field Operations, Finance and other relevant functions.
- Ensure alignment among customer requirements, quotations, purchase orders, machine configurations and product specifications, communicating changes internally in a timely manner.
- Monitor account performance, opportunities, risks, gaps, forecasts and cash collection status, providing timely visibility and proposing corrective actions when needed.
