About the Company
Our client is a leading international logistics provider specialising in secure transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions for luxury and high-value goods. Supporting some of the world’s most prestigious brands across fashion, luxury retail, jewellery, watches, cosmetics, and premium consumer products, they deliver tailored end-to-end logistics solutions across Europe and globally.
As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Global Key Account Manager based in Italy to manage and develop strategic relationships with major international luxury and high-value goods customers.
The Role
Reporting into the senior commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key global accounts, driving account growth, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and identifying new opportunities across the client’s international logistics network.
You will act as the primary commercial contact for strategic customers, working closely with operations, warehousing, transportation,
and senior stakeholders to deliver innovative supply chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with global key accounts within the luxury and high-value goods sector.
- Act as the strategic commercial lead for major international customers.
- Develop account growth plans and identify opportunities to expand services across transportation, warehousing, value-added logistics, and supply chain solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers and senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with international operations teams to ensure service excellence.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and customer retention initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and provide commercial insights to support business development activities.
- Collaborate with country teams across Europe to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experi
