Job Description
This role is remote within our markets
The Marketing Operations & Technology Specialist will be responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of our core marketing technology platforms,
driving marketing operations excellence with HubSpot as the primary tool. Beyond day-to-day operations, this role contributes to transformational initiatives, including the design and deployment of AI-powered workflows, AI agents, and other tangible AI-driven solutions that improve how marketing operates.
Made up of one part IT geek and one part integrated marketing expert, this hybrid role bridges the gap between technical execution and marketing strategy, providing the foundation to support strong marketing execution. They will serve as the super user and product expert on the technical aspects of our marketing tools and ensure the platforms are working proficiently to meet DocPlanner’s marketing and business objectives.
