Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for the performance of the Authorized Repairer network through a full performance management cycle: KPI analysis → gap identification → action plan definition → results monitoring.
You will contribute to revenue growth, the development of upselling opportunities, aftersales customer retention, and increased workshop traffic across the dealer network.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive Parts & Accessories revenue, retention and upselling vs target; size network potential through KPI and geo-marketing insights. Drive Authorized Repairers Commercial Policy and target setting together with the NSC in accordance with Regional guidelines.
- Analyze KPIs, diagnose gaps, agree action plans and follow up on impact with NSCs and priority dealers.
