The Quality Assistant & Auditor is responsible for continuously verifying the organization’s compliance with applicable aviation regulatory requirements, company procedures, and the quality standards established by the organization.
This position ensures the effectiveness of the Compliance Monitoring system by planning and conducting audits, managing nonconformities, monitoring corrective actions,



and overseeing documentation related to personnel qualifications, authorizations, and training.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Compliance Monitoring and Audits
- Support the planning and execution of the Annual Audit Program.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to verify compliance with regulations, company procedures, and MOE.
- Prepare audit reports and manage the tracking of nonconformities and corrective actions.
- Verify the effectiveness of the improvement actions implemented.
- Monitor regulatory updates and assess their impact on the organization.
- Support audits and inspections conducted by customers, and external entities.

Documentation and Qualifications Management
- Monitor the validity of personnel qualifications, authorizations, licenses, and certifications.
- Manage and archive documentation related to training, skills, and experience.
- Verify the completeness and currency of personnel records.
