As the Global HEOR Lead, you will shape and execute high-quality Health Economics and Outcomes Research strategies and projects that drive and enable successful reimbursement, patient access and the commercialisation of both pipeline and in-market assets.
What The Job Looks Like
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Developing integrated evidence strategies including Real-World Evidence and economic modelling to meet payer and country needs
- Partnering with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Asset Teams and R&D; Project Teams to embed payer-relevant endpoints and patient-reported outcomes into clinical development programmes
- Co-leading evidence-generation projects and communicating results through publications, conference presentations and other relevant channels
- Driving early payer engagement and supporting successful Health Technology Assessment submissions, including AMNOG, NICE and JCA
- Leading the development of economic models, value materials and innovative tools that support launch preparation, payer negotiations and local market access
- Integrating country requirements into global strategies to enable successful commercialisation at affiliat
