Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Head of Sales to lead commercial efforts in Italy.
This role combines hands-on business development with strategic leadership, driving both revenue and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the country-specific sales strategy
- Conduct market analysis, opportunity scouting, and customer segmentation
- Drive acquisition of new clients and retention of key accounts
- Collaborate with the Managing Director and peers across countries
- Support international tender processes with market-specific insights
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Marketing
- Promote HLPY’s brand and presence in the local market
Qualifications
- 6+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in automotive, insurance B2B, mobility, leasing, tech services
- Experience in managing teams and leading commercial negotiations
- Strong market knowledge and professional network in Italy
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured and analytical approach
