Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially minded and culturally aware CRM Marketing Specialist to lead customer retention and engagement strategies for key African markets, with a focus on Kenya and Nigeria. The role will develop targeted, mobile‑first CRM campaigns across sportsbook, casino, virtuals, and popular gaming products such as Aviator and crash-style games for our clients.

You will work closely with the Google & Meta Advertising Specialist to ensure full alignment between CRM and paid media, optimising acquisition, retention, and reactivation. A strong understanding of local player behaviour and data-driven personalisation is essential.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Strategy & Customer Lifecycle
- Develop and execute CRM strategies tailored to the Kenyan and Nigerian betting markets.
- Manage the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, churn prevention, and VIP.
- Build personalised customer journeys based on behaviour, preferences, and lifecycle stage.

Campaign Management
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns across sportsbook, casino,



and gaming products.
- Create locally relevant retention promotions.
- Coordinate campaigns around major sporting events, product launches, jackpots, and peak traffic periods.
- Collaborate with trading, gaming, acquisition, product, and content teams to align CRM with commercial goals.

Paid Media Collaboration
- Align CRM initiatives with Google & Meta paid acquisition and retargeting strategies.
- Support optimisation of customer journeys across CRM and paid media touchpoints.
- Collaborate on segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.
- Ensure consistent messaging, offers, and timing across CRM and advertising channels.
- Share insights on player behaviour and campaign performance to improve overall marketing efficiency.

Customer Insights & Optimisation
- Analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance using industry-standard KPIs.
- Conduct A/B tests on messaging,
