Plans daily delivery routes, assigning delivery teams based on volumes, geographical areas, and service requirements.
- Optimizes routing and scheduling to improve efficiency, reduce travel time, and ensure timely completion of deliveries.
- Coordinates closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure alignment between loading schedules and planned routes.
- Ensures proper allocation of resources, balancing workload across delivery teams.
- Monitors delivery progress during the day and manages operational adjustments in case of delays, issues, or changes.
- Acts as a point of contact for drivers and operational teams during route execution, supporting problem resolution in real time.
- Ensures that planning activities reflect service priorities (e.g. delivery at street, floor, installation).
- Manages daily operational planning tools and systems,



ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Supports the management of exceptional situations (re-routings, urgent deliveries, cancellations).
- Tracks and analyzes basic operational KPIs (delivery times, delays, route efficiency).
- Collaborates with the Operations Manager and Warehouse Supervisor to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensures compliance with operational procedures and planning standards.

Retribuzione: €26.000,00 - €35.000,00 all'anno
