- General Description of the Role
The Role is part of the EMEA Distribution Planning Department Team and oversees creating a balanced import and distribution plan for the assigned Products and Markets, ensuring the target stock coverage and service level set, providing short to mid-term visibility required to properly manage the business.
The position is based in Sesto San Giovanni, Milan (Italy) and will report to the EMEA Distribution Planning Manager.
- Main Responsibilities
- Analyze the Distribution Requirements and create the Deployment plan through TLB (Transportation Load Builder) functionality for the assigned destinations (EMEA/America/APAC) to ensure target stock level
- Analyzing and highlighting key issues related to volume variance that may impact supply, discussing with the internal stakeholders (Supply Planning & Logistic team), to solve them
- Participate in weekly S&OE; alignment with the Demand Planning & Customer Service team of assigned markets in EMEA
- Join the H2H meeting with the America and/or APAC Distribution Planning Department
- Monitor and ensure achievement of target service level and target stock in assigned countries
- Planning and optimizing mixed loads considering transportation constraints
- Manage and respect quota
