The PDS Project Management Supervisor is responsible for supervising and managing product development projects (PDS). This role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The supervisor will work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure the success of the projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Plan and define project objectives, timelines, and required resources.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to the project plan as necessary.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Team Coordination:
- Supervise and coordinate Project Managers direct report, providing leadership and develop staff and talents by setting objectives, appraising performance,



and help PMs to identify professional development plans to cover the gaps.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.

Resource Management:
- Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources to meet project goals.
- Monitor resource allocation and adjust as needed.

Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project status and progress.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders promptly.

Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
- Implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
