Business Development Representative

We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and booking meetings for our Account Executives. Your primary focus will be on expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead Generation: Conduct research and identify potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media platforms, industry events, and other sources.
- Qualification and Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospect requirements, challenges, and pain points. Determine if there is a strong fit between their needs and our offerings.
- Book Meetings: Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations with interested prospects. Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our solutions.
- Relationship Building:



Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and building trust and rapport.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Ensure timely follow-ups and effective pipeline management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align efforts, share insights, and refine lead generation strategies. Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and shared goals.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline progress. Provide regular updates on your sales activities and progress towards targets.
