Job Description About the Position:
We are seeking an inspiring leader to step into the role of General Manager for the Handwritten Alba, a new opening within our distinguished Handwritten Collection..
Your leadership, strategic vision, and exceptional interpersonal skills will be key to building a unified, motivated team, enhancing guest satisfaction, and achieving outstanding operational results.
With strong commercial insight, a results-driven approach, and the determination to drive revenue, you will identify synergies and exceed ambitious targets.
As General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary strategic business leader with full accountability for hotel operations, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for guests, employees, corporate stakeholders, and ownership while achieving financial goals.
- Championing the unique Handwritten spirit, delivering outstanding service quality and embodying the Accor brand values.
- Driving revenue by optimizing various sales channels and focusing on RevPAR growth.
- Creating and nurturing a "Heartist" culture, inspiring and engaging your team to deliver on shared goals.
- Guaranteeing high standards across all departments, including Accommodation & F&B; services.
- Implementing and monitoring Accor and Owner policies and procedures, with a dedication to total customer service.
- Upholding labor relations standards and ensuring health & safety compliance.
