The Role
- Primary Activities- Participate to Editorial meetings and assist all steps of content creation- Support the operational activities related to the Editorial team, such as scheduling travels, delivering parcels, etc.- Maintain contacts with Editorial and Business staff on special projects- Receive requests related to magazine production and photo shoots,
such as picking up clothing samples- Managing communications with external stakeholders on behalf of editors as needed
- Primary Skills & Qualifications- Professional working fluency in Italian and English languages, written and spoken- Passionate about the topics and the tone of voice proposed by Vogue Italia- Previous experience or passion for fashion or media companies will be considered as a strong plus- Excellent knowledge of the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)- High organizational skills and attention to detail
