The role demands a professional who can build an end-to-end e-commerce returns processing, grading, and liquidation framework from scratch, turning a traditional cost center into an optimized value-recovery stream.The Mission & Core ScopeThe Mission: Build, lead, and optimize our dedicated Reverse Processing and Returns department in the Milan region, ensuring rapid item grading, maximum inventory recovery, and minimized liquidation loss.The Scope: You will take full operational ownership of the returns processing facility/zone—overseeing customer return intake, product quality grading, WMS inventory reintegration, refurbishment workflows, and local liquidation vendor management.Crucial E
