You'll be working agency-side, on your own desk, owning the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement.
You'll specialise in Tech or ERP/SAP recruitment, splitting your time between opening doors with new clients and becoming the trusted partner your existing accounts turn to first,
while running high-quality searches to deliver the candidates that keep both sides of that relationship strong.What you'll be doingNew businessProactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the Tech and ERP/SAP marketsPitching Eligo's services to prospective clients and converting leads into long-term, repeat-business relationshipsBuilding your own desk and expanding Eligo's presence and reputation in the marketAccount managementManaging and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts, acting as a trusted recruitment partner rather than just a supplierUnderstanding each client's hiring needs in depth, and becoming their go-to for Tech/ERP/SAP talentKeeping clients well informed and engaged at every stage, building the kind of relationship that generates repeat instructions and referralsDeliveryRunning end-to-end candidate searches: sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting candidates for Tech/ERP/SAP rolesManaging the full recruitment process from brief to placement, keeping candidates well informed throughoutBuilding and maintaining a strong network within the Tech and
