Join the ACA Team — Lead, Inspire, and Travel

Become part of the American Collegiate Adventures (ACA) summer team ACA is a premier pre-college enrichment program for high school and middle school students. We’re seeking Summer Camp Directors who are dedicated, responsible, and flexible individuals excited to lead in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

If you’re passionate about working with students, enjoy travel, and thrive in leadership roles, ACA is the perfect opportunity for you.

Program Destinations Include:
- Florence, Italy

Director Responsibilities
- Oversee all students and staff on the program
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and fun environment for all students
- Advise and mentor students throughout the summer
- Develop, facilitate, and participate in activities and excursions
- Coordinate logistics for classes, meals, activities, and weekend trips
- Communicate regularly with university and community partners
- Manage staff schedules and ensure smooth daily operations
- Live with and supervise students in residence halls or hotels




- Accompany students on excursions and activities
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of program activities, excursions, and student experiences for ACA’s marketing and social media channels

Qualifications & Eligibility
- Must be at least 21 years old by June 28, 2026
- Must be a college graduate
- Must have experience working with high school students
- Must have experience managing staff
- International program directors must be fluent in English and the local language
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Must maintain ACA’s smoke-, alcohol-, and substance-free environment
