The Opportunity
We need a true hunter and a high-agency individual to be a foundational part of our team, working directly alongside the Country Head to build our Italian sales motion from the ground up.
You won’t just be selling software; you will own the territory. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves the "thrill of the chase," and doesn't need a playbook to get results. You will be the one writing it.
Requirements:
- Experience:5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in SaaS, E-commerce, or Logistics tech.
- Proven experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams, including the ability to define scalable processes, establish clear KPIs, and implement effective sales methodologies
- Hunter Mindset: You are self-motivated, proactive, and resilient. Always focused on results and new business opportunities, and don't wait for inbound leads.
