Amazon is seeking an experienced communications professional to lead employee-facing communications for Amazon's corporate workforce across Italy.
As the Internal Corporate Communications Lead, you will develop and execute strategic communication efforts with various Amazon corporate stakeholders. The position will support employees and leaders through clear, compelling communications and will provide strategic communication counsel to cross-functional partners on a wide range of complex topics.
You will develop content for the business-specific editorial calendar; manage issues, and execute on strategic employee communications, programmes, and experiences across the business. You will insist on high standards, dive deep into details, have a strong bias for action, and manage competing priorities while inventing new solutions to scale successful experiments to broader audiences in Italy and abroad. You’ll be responsible for the planning, organization,
and promotion of the main events for Amazon Corporate employees across Italian corporate offices, from simple activations to the flagship annual event with hundreds of attendees.
The role would suit a strategic communications professional with a passion for storytelling, problem-solving, and employee engagement. You will keep composure in fast-moving situations, embrace ambiguity and changing tides, be able to quickly get up to speed on complex issues, anticipate employee questions/reactions, and quickly prepare thorough messaging strategies.
This position is based in Milan and requires five days per week on-site.
