You will learn first-hand how a hotel’s Rooms Department operates—from welcoming guests at check-in and assisting with guest inquiries, to supporting room inspections, coordinating amenities, and learning the behind-the-scenes processes that keep the hotel running efficiently. You will collaborate with teams across the property, gaining a holistic view of guest service, operations, and hotel brand standards.
