Job Purpose
Primary function:
The Driveline LTE identifies the design requirements that should be validated in Product Validation department for future tractor production. He/She defines the test plan (DVP) and coordinates the execution taking responsibilities of deliverables in line with milestones, and interfacing with test engineers design engineers and program management who are assigned to each task. He/She verifies the correct matching between requirements and product validation tests methods and results and finds synergies to optimize the total effort of the group for the required validation. He/She requires to the Testing Operational Team to assign resources to each test showing resource conflicts to his/her manager and helping in finding non-conventional solutions.
