At FrieslandCampina, we’re looking for a commercially minded and entrepreneurial Product Manager to lead the growth and innovation of our Private Label Cheese portfolio in Italy.

What You’ll Do
As Product Manager, you’ll play a central role in defining and executing our private label strategy for the Italian market. You will:
- Develop and execute the category strategy for our Private Label Cheese portfolio
- Identify market trends, consumer needs,
and growth opportunities to drive innovation
- Lead product launches from idea through commercialization
- Manage portfolio performance, including sales, profitability, and market share
- Own category P&L; responsibility and support business growth initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams
- Translate data and insights into actionable business recommendations
- Continuously optimize the product assortment to meet customer and consumer expectations
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a strategic thinker who combines commercial awareness with a hands-on approach.
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Brand Management, Category Management, or a related marketing role
- Experience working with Private Label products in the Italian market is highly valued
- Experience within food, dairy, or FMCG is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business
