YOUR MISSION
Build and develop the most talented AM team to win the market in Padova, Verona and Bologna
THE JOURNEY
- Have full responsibility and own 360º the business of Top Partners in the Area.
- Lead a team of 5 talented people to greatness.
- Define and pursue the long-term strategy for the Area in terms of Growth, Promotions, Advertisement and Operations.
- Monitor and analyze all relevant KPIs to track progress towards defined targets and find ways to improve the service.
- Establish and maintain a very close relationship with Top Partners in the city.
- Stay up to date with market and competitive developments.
- Be informed, get involved and make things happen with a doer attitude.
- Contribute actively to the teams’ development and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make the difference
- Generate best practices and processes which can be replicated across all areas
- Lead by example in accordance to our values and set high standards for the team
Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- You have a solid experience in fast-paced environments (startup, investment banking, top consulting firms or top tech companies)
- Relevant experience [+2y] leading cross functional teams with 5+ people
- A data-driven mentality, taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary
- You’re persuasive in the most pleasant possible way and have no trouble selling anything that brings value to customers/partners and the Glovo platform.
