Poor groundwater management, the increased threat of pollution, and the consequences of climate change are putting our precious freshwater supplies at risk. With approximately half of our drinking water coming from groundwater, protecting and restoring groundwater has become more urgent than ever. By actually monitoring groundwater movement and contaminant transport, we provide the critical data and insights that help our clients manage groundwater dynamics efficiently.
To grow our presence in Italy, we are looking for a Country Lead who will represent iFLUX on the ground. You bring deep groundwater expertise, a strong grasp of the local market, and the commercial attitude to build and nurture the right relationships — while coordinating our partner network across the country.

How does your role look like?
As our first dedicated person on the ground in Italy,
you will inherit an active pipeline and proven commercial traction from our initial successful projects. Supported closely by our Belgian headquarters, your primary mission is to take over these existing opportunities, accelerate our local growth, and strengthen the logistics and technical support network needed to scale.
You will steer our growth across two core verticals: remediation of contaminated sites and drinking water utilities. You will be based in Italy, operating with high autonomy while maintaining deep integration with our HQ team.
Your key Responsibilities are:
- Consultant Channel Acceleration: Take ownership of our existing traction and active pipeline with international environmental consultants. Educate, enable, and manage these consultants as a key sales channel so they actively specify and pitch iFLUX technology to their clients.
- Strategic Account Management: Build and manage relationships with national decision-makers at key a
