Role purpose
In the Paid Media team, we bring creative ideas to life. We put them in front of the right audience at exactly the right time, transforming them into measurable assets through a data-driven approach that allows us to analyze results and optimize every euro spent. We are a curious and passionate group that loves to experiment, think outside the box,
and challenge ourselves to build successful campaigns and tailor-made solutions for every client. Social media platforms are our main playground, but we also navigate other digital platforms and sometimes traditional media too, delivering high-impact campaigns for our clients.
We are looking for a Paid Media Executive with at least 2 years of experience and a genuine passion for media, ready to take direct responsibility for a client portfolio and contribute to the strategic development of campaigns. This role is designed for someone we want to guide on a growth path. We don’t believe in micromanagement; we believe in developing our people within a structured and organized framework, providing the right tools to grow and become a technical point of reference for our clients.
