We are looking for a Project Manager who is passionate about digital commerce and user experience to drive key initiatives within our e-commerce ecosystem. In this role, you will be the driving force behind projects aimed at improving our website features, enhancing the customer experience (CX) and streamlining internal operational processes to better serve our global community.
Responsibilities
As a Project Manager for E-commerce, you will lead the end-to-end execution of projects. Your core duties will include:
- Project Leadership: coordinate multi-disciplinary teams through the complete project lifecycle,
from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization.
- E-commerce Optimization: Identify and implement features to improve the website’s functionality, focusing on conversion rate optimization and seamless user journeys.
- Customer Experience (CX): Represent the customer’s voice by analyzing feedback and user behavior to refine the CX, in collaboration with the UX Research team.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with multiple functions to identify bottlenecks in internal e-commerce processes and implement scalable solutions.
- Roadmap & Planning: Work with leadership to define project milestones, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of e-commerce goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor project success using KPIs and data-driven insights, ensuring that every update delivers measurable value to the business.
