About the role:
As a Wellness Insight Manager – Europe, you will contribute to brand strategy and support business growth by developing a deep understanding of consumers, experts,
markets and competitors.
In this role, you will combine data from multiple sources and work closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into recommendations, inform innovation and support the development of brand narratives and marketing strategies.
You will ensure that consumer perspectives are reflected throughout the brand lifecycle, supporting decision-making and helping to measure and optimise brand performance.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver brand insights across consumer, expert, market and competitive areas to support strategic decisions on where and how to compete.
- Contribute to key brand foundations, including purpose, positioning, architecture and brand language, in collaboration with global teams.
- Develop and apply insights to identify growth opportunities and business challenges.
- Monitor wellness KPIs to track market performance, brand health and campaign effectiveness, recommending actions
