IT & Network Operations Specialist

Own the IT and network infrastructure across our corporate team and residences — from switch config and secure WiFi to identity, devices, and rolling out new sites.
Location: Remote (Italy) — frequent travel to Siena required, particularly during the first months
Level: Mid-level (5+ years of relevant IT experience)
Contract type: Full-time
Salary: €35,000 – €50,000 RAL, depending on experience
Languages: Fluent Italian and English — both written and spoken (mandatory)

The Role
We are at a point where IT needs to grow up alongside the business. We currently have two separate support providers across two locations, a mix of tools that have accumulated organically, and no single person who owns the full picture. That changes with this hire.
