Italy Customer Operations Internship | Milan | 6 months | Start date: October 2026
For our Italian Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join Italy Customer Operations Team. You will have the opportunity to work with whole marketing dept, knowing deeply customer and seller needs, in order to have a 360° vision of business and build up your employability. Furthermore, you will contribute to customer operations strategy implementation to continuously improve the investments efficiency.

You’ll be in charge of:
- Managing and coordinating the customer care channels and shops tickets;
- Tracking and monitoring contact centers quality;
- Tracking and monitoring performance results across the different contact points (TV, Digital, CRM);
- Delivering business and customer care campaigns, and liaising with external and internal stakeholders;
You are the right person if you:
- Have a degree in Economics, Management,
Marketing;
- Possess good command of Microsoft Office (Power Point & Excel);
- Speak English and Italian fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams;
- Are energetic, flexible, committed and positive;
- Are business performance/marketing/analytics passionate and a fast learner.
