We are looking for a driven individual to join our Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) department in which they will be responsible for driving the growth of our company’s utility-scale solar PV O&M; portfolio, based in either Milan or Verona, Italy. tempo pieno - unlimited
As our Operations and Maintenance (O&M;) Sales Manager, you will focus on identifying and securing new O&M; contracts, building strong relationships with asset owners and investors, and promoting value-added service offerings. Key duties include scouting for new opportunities, developing sales strategies, preparing technical and commercial proposals, leading negotiations, and supporting the transition from O&M; sales to O&M; execution. The position requires close collaboration with the technical team to ensure competitive, high-quality service solutions and sustained portfolio expansion. You will be reporting to the Country Technical Manager in Italy and will be closely cooperating with the O&M; Team Leader. The place of work can be chosen between Milan and Verona. Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the O&M; portfolio for utility-scale solar plants
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial O&M; proposals tailored to client needs and RFQs
Lead contract negotiations and close O&M; service agreements
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth targets
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to define competitive service offerings
Support project handover from O&M; Sales to execution of O&M; contracts
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
Ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Stay updated on regulatory, technological, and market developments in the solar PV sector
Contract management
Acquire excellent knowledge of all contractual requirem
