The role will take ownership of day-to-day compliance and AML matters, act as MLRO, report to the Board and manage regulatory relationships with CONSOB and Banca d’Italia. xlwpduy
We are looking for:
• 10+ years’ EU asset management compliance experience
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulation, SGRs, UCITS management companies and AIFMs
• Experience across MiFID II, DORA, AML and cross-border passporting
• Professional fluency in English/Italian
• Confidence engaging with regulators, senior stakeholders and global teams
