Job SummaryThe Cost Accountant (Financial Analyst I) will be part of the Controlling Department and will report directly to the Plant Controller. The role will support the financial management of the Parma plant, contributing to controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting activities.
The position works in close collaboration with Operations and Finance to ensure accurate financial analysis and to support informed business decisions.
Responsibilities

- Support monthly closing activities, including cost analysis and variance reporting
- Standard costs maintenance and calculation
- Collaborate with Operations to analyze financial impacts and identify improvement opportunities
- Support internal control activities and ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within controlling and reporting processes
Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or similar
- 1-2 years of experience in Controlling and Finance (also internship experience considered)
- Knowledge of accounting and financial principles
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP ERP systems and knowledge of
