Product Manager – In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD)
About the Position:
We are looking for a highly motivated and scientifically driven Product Manager to join our Product Management team and support the strategic growth of Sentinel Group's diagnostic portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing products across multiple diagnostic areas, including:
- Clinical Chemistry & Immunochemistry
- Fecal Immunochemical Testing (FIT)
- Molecular Diagnostics
- Chromatography
- Lateral Flow Rapid Tests
Acting as the bridge between the market and the organization, the Product Manager will work closely with R&D;, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Sales and Marketing teams to identify market opportunities, drive innovation,
support product development, and ensure successful product positioning and commercialization worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Lifecycle Management:
- Manage assigned products throughout their entire lifecycle, from concept and development to launch, growth, and phase-out
- Define and execute product strategies aligned with corporate objectives and market needs
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and expansion
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps and business plans
Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning:
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, healthcare dynamics, and competitive activities to identify business opportunities
- Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their impact on the diagnostic market
- Support strategic decision-making through market research and business intelligence activities
