HEAD BARTENDER We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Head Bartender to join the Food & Beverage team at Della Calza SPA & Foresteria in Florence.

(tempo pieno) The role is strongly operational and requires a professional who will be actively involved in the daily bar service, working behind the bar alongside the team while also taking responsibility for the development of the cocktail menu and signature drinks .
Key Responsibilities
Lead the daily bar operations, working actively behind the bar during service Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, aperitifs and other beverages Develop and regularly update the cocktail and beverage menu Create and standardise Della Calza's signature drinks , developing original recipes in line with the identity and positioning of the property Define recipes, presentation, garnishes and preparation standards for the cocktail list Ensure consistency in taste,



presentation and execution across the entire bar team Coordinate and support the bar team during daily service Organise mise en place, bar setup, opening and closing procedures Manage service flow, particularly during busy periods and private events Monitor stock levels and support inventory, ordering and product rotation Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and hygiene Train bartenders and bar staff on cocktail preparation, service standards and new menu items Collaborate with the F&B; and Events teams on dedicated beverage proposals for private events and special occasions Ensure an attentive, professional and welcoming guest experience Requirements Previous experience as Head Bartender, Senior Bartender or in a similar role Strong cocktail preparation and mixology skills Experience in cocktail menu development and signature drink creation Good knowledge of spirits, wines xivgfpx and beverage service Strong operational approach
