The role
The TikTok Shop Specialist (IT)
plays a key role in shaping the digital shopping experience for our consumers, managing online content and product availability, and driving sales performance across our D2C websites. Sales through our digital channels are a key part of SharkNinja’s growth strategy, and you’ll have the opportunity to build your career in a market-leading, innovative and fast-paced ecommerce environment.
The ideal candidate will bring ecommerce merchandising, trading and digital marketing expertise, alongside a deep understanding of online consumer behaviour.
What You Will Do
- Take ownership of all TikTok Shop merchandising activities across SharkNinja brands.
- Oversee planning and implementation of new product launches, digital promotional activity and pricing strategies.
- Ensure best-in-class digital content is presented across TikTok Shop (social commerce), aligned with brand guidelines and consumer needs.
