As a Senior Backend Developer, you will build the foundation of an intelligent edge platform that connects and monitors field devices in real time. Your work will help customers process and act on critical data closer to where it is generated, improving reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and build scalable backend services in Rust and Go to support real-time edge computing solutions.
- Develop reliable messaging and connectivity capabilities using MQTT to ensure seamless device communication and data flow.
- Own features from architecture and development through deployment and production support to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Create APIs and integration solutions that connect field devices with cloud-based services and applications.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and field teams to continuously improve platform performance, scalability, and reliability.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Rust and/or Go.
- Extensive hands-on experience with MQTT and real-time messaging systems.
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying microservices in Edge environments.
- Ability to take ownership of solutions throughout the full development lifecycle.
- Professional English communication skills for collaboration and technical documentation.
- A “Let’s get it done” mindset—you take initiative, solve problems,
